Cancellation and Refunds

1. What you are buying

There are two paid products: the dream card (a single image) and the conception-dream report PDF. For both, once payment is approved the file is generated in that same request and sent to you immediately.

We store neither the dream you wrote nor the generated file. Please save the downloaded file yourself.

2. Withdrawal

We follow the Korean E-Commerce Act.

• Before the download begins, you may cancel at any time for a full refund.
• After the download completes, withdrawal for a simple change of mind is restricted — digital content delivered immediately on payment that cannot be returned (Art. 17(2) of the Act). We state this and take your consent on the payment screen.

3. Full refunds

We reissue the file or refund in full in these cases.

• A system error prevented the file from being produced
• The downloaded file cannot be opened
• The amount charged differs from the order
• A minor paid without the consent of a legal representative — either may request cancellation.

4. Not grounds for a refund

• Dissatisfaction with the content. A dream reading is reference material from a traditional interpretive perspective, and this is stated before purchase. A short result — because no symbol from the dictionary was found in your dream — falls under this too: we do not invent meanings that are not there.
• Requests after all five downloads have been used.

5. How to request

Contact the customer centre (070-4300-7141) or email (platforest.inc@gmail.com). Including your order number speeds things up.

Refunds return to the payment method used. Depending on the card issuer or payment provider, it can take 3-7 business days to appear.
